During the half term holidays young people were putting their communities in the picture.
More than 40 new volunteers to the "V" project gathered together in three North Warwickshire villages, Baddesley, Mancetter and Polesworth to design and paint a canvas each.
Their designs reflected their interests and thoughts about where they live.
We worked in partnership with the Rural Youth Worker for North Warwickshire, Angelina McNaugh.
David Bates, who also helped organise the massive event is now looking into places where the canvases can be displayed.
He is also planning a presentation night. All the volunteers who took part will be invited to see their work go on display. They will also be presented with their "V" certificate, a nationally recognised certificate to recognise their volunteering.
Millennium Volunteers is hoping to get more "V" funding to run more short taster volunteering sessions. If we are successful there could be more projects similar to the arts events over the summer.
